Im Moment ist die Luftverschmutzung in Shenyang richtig, richtig hoch. In den letzten beiden Wochen war der Wert fast nie im grünen Bereich. Weitsicht? Nicht vorhanden. Die Luftverschmutzung hier übertrifft sogar die in Beijing - zumindest im Moment. Und sie verspricht auch nicht besser zu werden: In 2 Wochen beginnt die Heizsaison und alle Kraftwerke in Shenyang und Umgebung werden angeworfen.
Sogar die Lebensqualität wurde mittlerweile offiziell runtergesetzt - und das alles auf Grund der (nicht vorhandenen) Luftqualität. Atemmasken wurden also gebunkert und gelüftet? Wird später. Im Frühling dann wieder...

At the moment the air Quality is very, very bad - or should I say not existing? The last 2 weeks we have barely been in the green or yellow section. View? Not existing. Now the air pollution is worse than in Beijing - at least in the moment. And there is no soon recovery: in 2 weeks the heating periode will begin. Then all the power stations surrounding Shenyang will cause even more exhaust gases.
That's also the reason why the living quality in Shenyang has been rated down. Breathing masks are now our daily bread and who needs to air out their flats? This can wait until spring...
